Well I kinda got the idea how to place the text from ~winter-dreams
. Hope Eina doesn't mind. *is scared* Hahahaha. And I got the BG technique from my sister... she taught me how! 
I got bored. 
. And it was meant to be a fairy... but I'm not good with fairies.

cool pic, but i think the opacety on the layer with the black and white "waves" is a bit to high and the girl should have a higher opacety.
a good way to blend pics:
top: color
lightend
soft lightend
bothom: darken/overlay
play with the opacety and some times u don't need the lightend or soft lightend layer.
